Dear 2021 North American Under 13 Championship Prizewinner,

         Congratulations on winning a prize in our event!

ICC has completed its Fair Play review of the games from this event and the results are now final.

Our next step is the preparation and engraving of the awards.  We will then be sending out our awards by UPS.  A preliminary estimate is that they should be be completed and shipped out by June 28th, if not earlier, for most players.  Players should then receive them within about a week after they have been shipped. We use the same address you gave us when you registered online to ship your awards.   For information about when and where your award was shipped, you can contact Larry Brown at Crown Trophy Company, beginning June 30th, at 718-769-4112.

If you registered through your coach (or if you want to use a different address than the one you gave us), it is very important that you give us your correct mailing address (including apartment number, if any), before we send out your award.  Please email us with your mailing address by June 20th at director@chess.us, with the subject line: "Shipping Address For 2021 North American Under 13 Championship Individual Awards."  If you want to use the same mailing address you used when you registered for the tournament, you do not need to give us this same address again.

If you would instead like to pick up your award at the Crown Trophy store in Brooklyn (where the awards are made), please call them at 718-769-4112 (ask for Larry Brown), by June 21st to advise them of your pickup details.

To use your free entry fee prize, if you qualify, please email Continental Chess at director@chess.us

with the heading “Using my North American Under 13 Championship CCA Free Entry Prize,” and indicate:
 

1. Your name and USCF ID.

2. In which section of the 2021 North American Under 13 Championship did you play, and which prize did you win?

3. Which section and which schedule of which upcoming Continental Chess tournaments are you entering with your free entry prize?

    All players must also be current USCF members through the end of the tournament(s) they are entering.

    Please send us this information before the advance entry deadline of the Continental Chess tournament you are entering.
